My stay at Aspen Hotel & Spa Istanbul Old City had its ups and downs. The location was superb for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and local eateries. However, the overall service left much to be desired, as some staff were not very polite or helpful at times. Additionally, the breakfast options were lacking, especially for someone like me who is a vegetarian.
