The breakfast included many options and was a great start to the day. The staff responded fast using what's app to my questions. I was able to store my bags after checkout, which allowed me to explore the area without hassle.

the staff there were SO helpful and kind, especially yusuf at the reception. he helped us with bookings and always had a smile! the location was also really convenient, near public transport. it was GREAT!
the room AND closet were really small, it was a bit of a squeeze for my luggage. i wish there was more space to move around, ESPECIALLY with all my shopping.

I found the reception staff very helpful, especially huseyin, turan and onur. They were always ready to assist with requests and provide tips. cagla and the breakfast team greeted me with a smile each morning, and the food selection was both varied and delicious. i felt every detail was thoughtfully arranged for my comfort and i appreciated it. the team cares about creating really good moments .
The wifi signal in my room was occasionally weak. It made streaming videos a bit challenging.

the location was super convenient. it was really close to shops and restaurants! also, the main attractions were within walking distance. transport links were very close too, so i got around easily!
the breakfast was not good. it did not have enough variety! i wanted more fresh fruit. a better coffee machine would be nice too. i needed more bread types.

the sound insulation wasn't good. i could hear noises from other rooms. also, the pool is small.
